The only reason this is not a five star is due to very slight damage on the new front number plate. The dealer did offer to change which I will do at some point. However, this should not have been fitted. Great staff at the BMW part of Stratstone.

Kirill was brilliant, he was always there if i had any questions throughout the whole process. He recognised I'm a 30 year old and not a 60 year old man and was relatable to me. We spoke about shared interests and he was patient always.

We were keen to get a replacement car which was smaller than our existing seven seater. Kirill understood our requirements and helped us to order the particular options necessary. I have to also say the security staff helped us park when we arrived.

Totally satisfied. We both had a decent test drive and were given help by George to choose the colour (only possible by visiting) and to finalise the specification of the car. The car as delivered exceeded my whole expectations.

Very satisfied it was an easy stress free process. We had a bit of a wait in the showroom on our first appointment and we had our 3 year old with us. One of the staff gave him a little toy BMW which made his day, and made our wait a lot easier!

This was the first service for my vehicle purchased in May 2023. I was dealt with by Natasha Asif who exceeded my expectations in terms of customer service. Natasha is very personable and extremely efficient in her job role.

Quick and efficient on this occasion, all staff were helpful and polite without any excessive upselling. The dealership is lovely and clean with a good array of refreshments available. I enjoyed looking at the current stock too.

My low score is because I got a call to say I needed new brake pads and 2 new tyres at a cost of £260 however after taking it to my local garage and being told the brake pads were absolutely fine I have been left feeling I can't trust bmw in future.

Milton Keynes email bmw to say they covered False. the centre didn't covered the cost of refurbishing the alloy wheels. Not only was I made to pay £432 on the spot unexpectedly, they held on to my car keys.

I was booked in for a 2 hour major service (1100-1300) while I waited. Unfortunately this went on for 4 hours and I had to request that my vehicle was returned urgently because I needed to cover school runs and couldn't arrange cover.
