Whilst Sam was amazing as always, we purchased a brand new BMW and the valet staff use greasy products which stain the door seals. Products which are used for the interior of the cars s/b carefully selected to ensure they don't leave any residue.

Stratstone was fine, but i tried a few Sytner dealers too who were much less impressive. They couldn't find me a car to test drive, so they lost the business.

Having booked a "Customer waiting" appointment it was good to get a reminder call the day before. The service receptionist was both friendly and professional throughout, taking time to explain the work carried out.

Had MOT wait appointment. All went well. Chose a car wash but wasnt told the car was ready. Sat waiting an extra half hour. Good job i was in not rush. Apart from that all was well.

Poor communication - issues with phones on last occasion. Invoices etc had to be emailed later. Difficult to get through to service reception. No video of car inspection this time which us a reassuring and useful feature.

I asked for the body shop to look at a part of the car that was damaged (I had called on the Friday before and someone had promised to get them to call me back but no-one did). So it was good that Colin sorted that out for me while I was there.

The team at Stratstone in particular Holly Whitrow looked after me very well. Parking was tricky but I was directed to a space on arrival and then shown around the courtesy car. A good explanation of the work carried out provided reassurance.

Asked to drop the car in the morning for inspection, inspection only got done late on the day. Lady at the desk wasn't happy with report, asked for second opinion. It took 4 days to get report and a lot of chase from my side to get the report back.

Disappointed with Stratstone MK. Staff were unhelpful, and Holly was dismissive when I raised concerns about being without a car. My complaint took over a week to get a response, which denied any fault. I won't return if I can avoid it.
