Whilst Sam was amazing as always, we purchased a brand new BMW and the valet staff use greasy products which stain the door seals. Products which are used for the interior of the cars s/b carefully selected to ensure they don't leave any residue.

Asked to drop the car in the morning for inspection, inspection only got done late on the day. Lady at the desk wasn't happy with report, asked for second opinion. It took 4 days to get report and a lot of chase from my side to get the report back.

The actual work on the car was excellent, just getting information was the problem

Polite staff but when it came to discussing the problem - felt like I was being called a liar, not interested in seeing photos I had of initial problem that was made worse by still having to drive my grandchildren to school before BMW could look at
