Very satisfied it was an easy stress free process. We had a bit of a wait in the showroom on our first appointment and we had our 3 year old with us. One of the staff gave him a little toy BMW which made his day, and made our wait a lot easier!

The experience of collection was very good. The centre kindly put my car in the display section with a bow which was a nice touch. Once at the centre process was quite swift.

I think I invoked sods law by deciding to pick up my new car on Friday 13th! This is my twelfth new car and its safe to say it was the worst pick up ever. Not enough words allowed here to describe why. Mark Milton remained professional and excellent

Milton Keynes email bmw to say they covered False. the centre didn't covered the cost of refurbishing the alloy wheels. Not only was I made to pay £432 on the spot unexpectedly, they held on to my car keys.

I was booked in for a 2 hour major service (1100-1300) while I waited. Unfortunately this went on for 4 hours and I had to request that my vehicle was returned urgently because I needed to cover school runs and couldn't arrange cover.

Overall, the service has been great, but the only disappointment is that they immediately state they are not offering a car, even though the repair is taking eight working days, excluding weekends. It would be really helpful for customers.
