Mo was very good although a week before my appointment I received a call from another colleague quoting me £800 more for the job. Luckily Mo honoured the price however it was an unnecessary distraction and questioned my trust in your system/tactics.

Your booking systems seem completely disjointed. I received a call the day prior to my confirmed booking asking me if I'd like to book my vehicle in for a service and MOT? Very odd. The chap ( Mark) was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Returned my vehicle BMWX5 kT72mke with a water leak through the sunroof. They had the car for three days replaced the back rubber on the sunroof. We drove 2 1/2 hours to pick it up and they were still a leak.

Overall service was good. Was told car would be washed but no valets available due to staff absences. This wasn't a problem as advised on arrival so expectations managed.

Apart from a microfilter change and recall I do not understand why the car needed an inspection service when an MOT is carried out annually. As a result of the cost I was unable to have the brake fluid service done at this time.

Passed the MOT ??. And was less time than originally advised. The only issue is that the screen reflects total mileage and should have been returned to my original screen ie mpg
