8 hours seemed a long time and we thought £615,00 was quite expensive even for main service and an MOT on a very low milage car .

It was meant to booked in for a car service and parcel shelf replacement. Hadn't heard anything by 5pm about my car so rang up and it said it was ready by half 5. Went in and only parcel shelf was completed, only realised that when went to car.

Excellent customer service from Urshik throughout. He was friendly, professional and kept me well informed. My only concern was the change in the technical diagnosis regarding the CV boot/driveshaft, which I have raised separately.
